Privacy Policy

IJS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the following privacy policy to protect users' personal information and rights in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, and to facilitate the smooth handling of users' grievances related to personal information.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by law or within the retention and use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.

- Partnership inquiries: 1 year after completion of inquiry processing

- Job applications: 1 year after completion of recruitment process

- Cyber Ombudsman reports: 1 year after completion of processing

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in the purposes of processing personal information, and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of the data subject or special provisions of law.

4. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

The Company does not currently entrust personal information processing to any third party.

5. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise

Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection against the Company at any time:

- Request to access personal information

- Request for correction in case of errors

- Request for deletion

- Request to suspend processing

6. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

7. Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

- Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.

- Technical measures: Access rights management for personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of personal information

- Physical measures: Access control for server rooms, data storage rooms, etc.
