IJS pursues eco-friendly management through the operation of an EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) management system. Through the implementation of environment-related missions and goals, we have derived strategic tasks for each strategic objective.
We aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by more than 20% compared to the base year of 2023 by 2030, and we have set a goal to achieve carbon neutrality by 2025.
We practice environmental management through R&D, replacement of aging equipment, and installation of solar power facilities.

Governance
IJS distributes anti-corruption and anti-bribery guidelines as well as fair trade guidelines to all employees, and continuously communicates compliance requirements through groupware notices.
Employees are required to comply with the prohibition on receiving gifts and entertainment, prevention of conflicts of interest, and fair dealing principles with business partners. In the event of violations, reports can be made through internal reporting channels.
These guidelines are included in new employee orientation and managerial training programs, and are regularly re-communicated.
