Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services (hereinafter "Services") provided on the website (hereinafter "Site") operated by IJS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Site" refers to the virtual business establishment set up by the Company using information and communication equipment such as computers to provide services to users.
2. "User" refers to any person who accesses the Site and receives the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Site.
2. The Company may amend these Terms if reasonable grounds arise, and shall promptly post any amendments.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
1. The Company provides the following services:
- Company and product information
- Notices and promotional materials
- Partnership inquiry services
- Recruitment information and job application services
- Cyber Ombudsman operations
2. If the Company changes the content of its services, it shall post the reasons and details of the changes on the Site.
Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in cases such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, or interruption of communications.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Stealing the information of others
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or any third party, or interfering with their business
- Any other illegal or improper activities
Article 7 (Copyright)
1. Copyright of the content posted on the Site belongs to the Company.
2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use, any information obtained through the use of the Site without prior consent of the Company.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company shall be exempted from liability for service provision when it is unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, and other equivalent circumstances.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
1. Korean law shall apply to any disputes arising between the Company and users.
2. Any lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall be effective from April 1, 2025.
